Booking online is quick and easy and can be done by filling a formOur client liaison team will respond to the referral the same business day if received Monday to Friday, or the next business day if on a public holiday or weekend.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, may incur the full scheduled session fee. For NDIS and Aged Care clients, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the applicable funding guidelines and the agreed service rate. Private and WorkCover clients will incur an $80 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or for non-attendance.
