Service Description
Home-based sessions consisting of massage and exercise therapy as required. Various funding sources accepted including NDIS, Support At Home and WorkCover.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, may incur the full scheduled session fee. For NDIS and Aged Care clients, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the applicable funding guidelines and the agreed service rate. Private and WorkCover clients will incur an $80 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or for non-attendance.
